Menai Swim Club is an Incorporated Association and is managed by a Board of Directors, which is guided by the Constitution and By-Laws of the Menai Swim Club.

The Board of Directors meet face to face as required to address issues and discuss the general running of the Club, and in between these formal face to face meetings, will discuss issues electronically.

Following the 2021 Annual General Meeting a new Constitution was approved by the members, which is based on the model constitution provided by Swimming NSW and moves the financial year of the club to be 1st October to 30th September, bringing it into line with the swimming membership year.  The first financial year of the club will run through to 30th September 2022.

A members handbook is in the process of being developed, with the aim of the handbook, to give swimmers and parents more detailed information on the swimming specific side of the club.
